| Hairy, as its name implies, this species is quite adaptable; we have grown it successfully under both highland and lowland conditions. Although largely unremarkable, the hirsute nature of its stems is interesting. It is easy to propagate, and relatively undemanding. Vines will get long, but it can remain compact for some time, which, given its environmental tolerance, makes it a good terrarium candidate. Note that this species is considered synonymous with N. leptochila.1 |
